Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen
- Independent preparation of simple dishes
- Assistance with the preparation and cooking of buffets, seasonal menus, and à la carte dishes
- Serving and distribution at the buffet
- Cleaning work in the kitchen and guest areas
- Incoming goods inspection and storage
- Compliance with service standards and hygiene and HACCP guidelines
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the catering industry or comparable professional experience
- Passion for gastronomy
- Team player with an eye for the big picture
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and order
- Well-groomed appearance, good manners, and friendly demeanor
- Confident knowledge of German
- Valid health certificate
- Flexible working hours (including weekends and holidays)
